Tonight It was so nice to have the 16 time British Othello Championship winner Imre Leader joining us at Watergardens Hotel. In the Melbourne Invitational, Imre beat our 13 time Australian Nationals winner Matt Vinar (38-26) in the gigantic clash. Great game to both players.
Imre is also an internationally renowned mathematician and professor from Cambridge University. Lately he has been travelling and presenting at major universities around the world. We were so grateful that he came to Melbourne, sharing his wisdom, humour and Othello skills with the Australian Othello Federation.
