The 30th World Othello Championship will be held in Mito, Japan.
To mark the 30th anniversary of the World Othello Championships, this year’s tournament will be held in the city of Mito, the “birthplace” of the game. Mito is roughly 100km north of Tokyo and is easily reached by rail from Narita International Airport.
The tournament will take place in October from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th at the Garden Mito Hotel with a welcome reception at the Art Tower Mito on the evening of October 5th.
